Summertime Mix Fruit Smoothie is once again a very Easy and Quick smoothie to whip together in minutes. For this Smoothie I’ve used frozen Mixed Fruits; Strawberries, Honeydew Melon, Peaches, Pineapple and Cherries which are readily available in stores now a days. I also added in fresh pieces of Mango and Coconut water and for the extra boost some Flax-seed powder.

These Smoothie recipes that I bring to you are all tried and tasted at home by me and my family member. I like to experiment with different fruits, vegetables, juices and health supplements (protein powder, flax-seeds). Smoothies aren’t always tasty …some have a hard tardy taste or takes sometime to adjust to the taste. The best part of any kind of Smoothie is that they have incredible health benefits that bring you generous “Vitamins”.



The taste of this smoothie is Tropical….it’s refreshing, healthy and a great drink for the whole family ….especially for the kids.


Summertime Mix Fruit Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes

  • 2 cups of Frozen mix fruits - Strawberries, Honeydew Melon, Pineapple, Cherries and Peaches
  • 1 Fresh ripe Mango - cut into pieces.
  • 2 cups - Coconut water
  • 2 tbsp. - Flax-seed Powder


  1. Into the blender add in all of the ingredients and blend to a smooth consistency. If you choose to make it a bit more liquid consistency than add more cold water to your preference.
  2. Pour into your desired glass and Enjoy!


Fruits can be substituted of your choice.

I suggest to us frozen fruits. The taste is much better. If you want pre-cut the fruits and freeze them first.
