This healthy delicious and easy Fruity Treasure Smoothiewill help you start your day in a nutritious way. It’s made with the goodness of fresh Alphonso mangoes , Kesar Mangoes, peaches, pineapple, strawberries, coconut milk and honey the hidden treasures.
I also used another very famous mango called “Kesar Mango” in this smoothie. As described by “YumMangoes.in” “Kesar variety of mangoes are considered to be one of the best mangoes, which are famous for their fruit quality, attractiveness fruit and pulp colour, taste & good shelf life. Kesar mangoes are mostly grown in Gujarat, Western India. Kesar Mangoes are commonly known as the queen of Mangoes. This variety is slightly smaller in size as compared to the Alphonso mango variety but offers a unique taste.”
The best part of making this smoothie is that a lot of these fruits are in season right now, so it’s more affordable. Instead of using frozen you can opt out and use fresh fruits with even more of the goodness in the fruit. The more berries in our diet the healthier fibers and antioxidants we get. Mangoes, peaches and pineapple and coconut give it that tropical summer taste, few ingredients, but a worthwhile indulgences.
I like to add half coconut milk and half water to make the consistency a bit more liquid…that’s just the way me and family like it. This time I’ve used fresh fruits which I had previous washed and freeze. I like to use frozen fruits cause I can make it right away by placing everything into the blender and enjoy it instantly ! Delicious cold Fruity Treasure Smoothie.
Mast Mango Kulfi Milkshake – How to make Mango Kulfi Milkshake
Mango Milkshake is the best refreshing summertime drink, especially when it’s made from fresh “Alphonso Mangoes“. Mango Kulfi Milkshake is a super delicious drink with a twist. It’s thick, creamy, flavorful and absolutely YUMMY!
I had share my “Mast Mango Kulfi” recipe in my previous post which is also a summertime delight and adored by many. I had recently made Mango Kulfi for my family using obviously the one and only “Fresh Alphonso Mangoes” which my whole family enjoyed. Well, I had only one cup of Mango Kulfi left which wasn’t enough for all of us and was wondering what I can make with it so the whole family would have something refreshing …that’s when “The Mast Mango Kulfi Milkshake” was created.
I used fresh Alphonso Mango pulp which I had hand squeezed, cause I didn’t want any mango to go to waste. Also, I used regular 2% milk, but you can use any milk of your choice. My Mango Kulfi that I made already had the touch of dry fruits, once everything was blend together it was divine. Rich, creamy, thick and sweet. My kids are a great fan of cut mangoes, mango pulp, mango smoothie, mango milkshake, mango lassi. Through out the entire season of mango there is not one day that they do not …treat themselves on mangoes.
Mango Melody Smoothie is part of my Alphonso Mango Marathon Series. This is a divine super tasty smoothie it’s got the absolute delicious taste of Alphonso Mangoes, Strawberries, Pineapple, Peaches and Honeydew Melon with large shoot of Almond Milk. A must try Smoothie!
Indian Alphonso Mangoes are around for a short season, so I believe that we should enjoy them completely for the full season. They are also one of the most expensive mangoes, but I believe its money well spent. Worth every penny ! Once again, I feel very luck and blessed that all these delicious Indian mangoes are available to me and my family. My husband and kids enjoy it through out the complete mango season.
“Alphonso mango is known as the “King of mango” because of its delicious tropically fruity sweet taste and juicy saffron/golden colored non-fibrous tender texture of its flesh. It has a significantly thinner more shiny skin”.

Mortar and Pestle
I’ve used finely crush dry fruits – Almond, Cashew Nuts (Kaju), Green Pista (Pistachio) which I always keep available in my pantry for immediate use. I make the finely crushed dry fruit mixture in my coffee grinder. For this recipe I’ve actually used a “Mortar and Pestle” to grind the cardamom and saffron into a fine powder. This help to enhance the flavor and color of the kulfi.
No Cooking ....Easy and Quick Cheat Recipe to Make Mango Kulfi
2 cup chopped Mangoes – approx. 3 mangoes
2 cups - Whole milk
300 ml sweetened condensed milk can/tin – 1 small full can
1 cup Cream - ( I used Half & Half Cream 10%)
6 pcs of each – Almond, Cashew (Kaju) and Green Pista (Pistachio) finely grounded into a powder (I use coffee grinder to make powder)
10-12 cardamoms seeds, crushed to a powder in a mortar-pestle, approx... About ½ tsp. cardamom powder
A pinch of saffron threads, crushed in mortar-pestle
Into a blender add in all of the ingredients except the cardamom powder and saffron and blend everything till smooth consistency.
Add in the cardamom powder and saffron and blend till the everything is mixed and incorporated well in the mixture.
Pour the mango kulfi mixture in kulfi tray, popsicle tray or small container. (your choice). Make sure small containers are covered with a lid or aluminum foil and keep in the freezer for the kulfi to set. Let it set for 5-6 hours.
Once set, serve the Mango Kulfi
Tips on how to remove Kulfi:
To remove the kulfi, place the kulfi tray under running water for some seconds or rub them between your palms. With a butter knife, gently remove the kulfi.
Let it freeze for 5-6 hours. You may fine little ice crystals in the kulfi, but because this is the quick and easy version of the recipe.
