Jowar Rotla -Gluten Free Flat Bread – Jowar rotla is a Gluten-Free Flat Bread. Jowar also known as (Sorghum) and is part of the White Millet family. Healthy and goes well with many Indian dishes.

Roti – Indian Flat Bread – Soft and Fluffy Roti, Rotli, Chapatti or Phulka — This method will make soft, fluffy roti’s. Practice and Patience will result to perfect roti’s.

Bhatura is a fluffy deep-fried leavened bread from North India it’s a Punjabi Vegetarian recipe. It’s often eaten with “Chole” a Chick Peas Curry also known as Channe and a side order of pickle onions. This dish is traditionally called Chole Bhature. This recipe has no “Yeast” I made it using baking powder and the results were the same.

Making sandwiches are my all time favorite, their easy to make, very tasty, very quick to make and completely filling.  This hearty scrambled colorful golden tofu sandwich packed in rye bread with slices of provolone cheese grilled is too good to eat only for breakfast. It’s also makes a great incredible weeknight meal.

Double Cheese Toasted Coriander Chutney Sandwich. – The perfect sandwich for breakfast, lunch or dinner made with goodness of healthy choice multi grain bread, with four different super delicious cheese slices, Pepper Jack Monterey Jack with Jalapeño Peppers, Mild Cheddar, Swiss cheese and Colby Jack Ripen Cheese. Freshly made coriander (cilantro) Chutney with freshly sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions seasoned with salt & pepper and toasted till nice and golden brown.

Green Spring Onion Dhebra – Dhebra, Thepla or savory flavored Indian Flat Bread all have one thing in common that they’re absolutely delicious and super simple to make. Green Spring Onion Dhebra also known as Thelpa, it’s a superb breakfast or an afternoon tea time snack.  This dish is a combination of  whole wheat flour, freshly chopped green spring onion, yogurt, sesame seeds, salt, sugar and seasoned with some dry spices all kneaded into a nice soft dough. Then rolled out into a round circle and cooked on a flat fry pan spear with some oil and served with a dollop of makhan (butter).

That’s exactly what I’m bringing to you here, pizza this simple and delicious is impossible not to try out. Store bought ready made naan, your choice of fresh vegetables, super quick and easy pizza sauce, fresh shredded mozzarella cheese and the grand show stopper is small cubes of paneer marinated in a special sauce for about 30 minutes  and topped onto our special naan pizza.

Spinach Green Onion Paratha – Spinach and Green Onion Paratha stuffed with Paneer Onion mixture. The perfect stuffed Indian Flat Bread made with fresh Spinach, Green Onions and stuffed with sauteed Onions and Paneer (cottage cheese) lightly flavored. Double Decker Sandwich – The ultimate layered vegetarian sandwich made with boiled potatoes, tomatoes, cucumber, loads of cheese and a super delicious Spicy Coriander (Cilantro) Peanut Chutney all layered into white rye bread and toasted till nice and golden brown. Truly, does sound divine right! Well it absolutely is, this sandwich loaded with tons of authentic flavors and scrumptious mouth-watering sandwich that is not to be missed.
