As the seasons change from a beautiful summer days …to the cold wintery days the same changes happen to our body ….were up and lively one day and all of sudden the body gets weak and were feeling completely the opposite with no energy. This happens to us when our immunity level is low and the body gives up fighting the bacteria in our body.
Last year me and family came down with a regular cold/flu like everyone else we were doing everything to get rid of it…but things got worst and found out from the doctor that a common cold had turned into bronchitis. Well, that’s when I experimented with many different juices to start helping me and my family build our immunity to start fighting the virus.
Well, that’s when I came up with this Super Vitamin “C” packed Immune Booster Juice that is guarantee to help you fight all those nasty cold/flu symptoms and start feeling much more healthier. I’d like to share this personal “Orange Immune Booster Juice Recipe” .
Orange Immune Booster Juice
2 cups fresh Orange Juice taken from about 4 oranges or you can use Tropicana (or any brand) Orange and Grapefruit Juice. -
2- Fresh Tangerine/Mandarin/Clementine seedless (whichever one you have) peeled and separated in pieces.
2 Gooseberry also known as Amla deseed and chop into small pieces
Ginger- small piece chopped in small pieces
1 tbsp - Honey
1 tsp - Turmeric Powder or Fresh Turmeric peeled and chopped into small pieces
Take the first 4 ingredients and put into a blender and blend for about 2-3 minutes.
Once all blended take the juice and pour it through a sieve or strainer and with a spoon just make sure that all the juice it taken out and only the rough pulp is left behind in the strainer which you can throw out.
Pour juice back into the blender jar and add in the honey and turmeric powder and blend it for 1 minute.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately or put it in the fridge for a bit and enjoy it cold.
This juice is so good that I would suggest that you make it every day and start you day off with this Super Vitamin "C" packed juice.
If you don't have fresh Ginger then you can add ginger powder.
If you have fresh Turmeric take a small piece and chop into small pieces.
To serve immediately cold add in ice cubes when blending second time
